Driver Resource Recruitment are actively seeking to recruit 7.5 tonne drivers to work with our Client on a temporary to permanent basis, based in Lutterworth.


This is a Monday-Friday day shift role averaging 10 hours per day, minimum of 8 daily hours and maximum of 15 daily hours, with no weekend work responsibilities.

Your daily start time is 05:00am.

As a 7.5t driver you will be responsible to load and unload your own vehicle. Delivers range from between 10-20 drops per day, depending on volume. You will be delivering ADR items into Schools, Colleges & Hospitals.

This job is a temporary to permanent position, for a period of 12 weeks.  You will receive ADR training once you join the company.  Additional training on a HGV C Class vehicle maybe applicable should the need arise.

The successful 7.5 tonne driver will be required to have the following;

  • C1 licence
  • Flexible can do attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Driver CPC Qualification
  • Digital tacho card
  • No more than 6 points on licence
  • No DR or IN conviction codes

The successful candidate will be engaged under a temporary contract for the period of 12 weeks.  You will be engaged, booked and paid weekly by Driver Resource Recruitment.  On the 13th week, our client has the option to transfer you onto a permanent contract, where you will be engaged and paid directly by our client.
