DRIVER FOCUS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
> Do not send your Drivers Qualification Card to the DVLA if you are changing your personal details on your drivers licence.
> You must complete the required 35 hours of periodic training before the expiry date shown on your Drivers Qualification Card.
> Reporting your Drivers Qualification Card lost or stolen is simple. Email cpcre@dvsa.gov.uk adding DQC Enquiry in the subject field. You will need to supply your driving licence number, address, date of birth and contact number. There is a £25 charge to issue replacement cards.
